Blog Disclaimer & Editorial Policy
EmilesGroup LLC · Effective October 9, 2026
EmilesGroup LLC publishes general information, personal experiences, commentary, and researched articles. Personal stories describe individual circumstances; they are not promises that someone else will have the same experience or outcome.
Information and professional advice
Blog content does not replace advice from a qualified professional about your particular situation. Reading an article, commenting, or sending a reader submission does not establish an attorney-client relationship or an agreement for services.
Emily is a Massachusetts notary public, not an attorney. EmilesGroup LLC does not provide legal advice or guarantee housing approval, document acceptance, or other outcomes. Our paid services remain subject to their stated scope, pricing, and applicable terms.
Accuracy, sources, and updates
We aim to distinguish personal experience and opinion from factual reporting, link relevant sources, and correct material errors brought to our attention. Laws, programs, eligibility requirements, and other information can change. Check current requirements with the organization responsible before acting.
To report a possible correction, email emilesgroupllc@gmail.com with the article link and the information you believe needs review.
Comments and reader submissions
Published comments are public. Please do not include private documents, exact addresses, account information, children’s identifying details, or another person’s private information.
Comments are reviewed before publication. Spam, threats, harassment, identifying information, and off-topic content may be withheld or removed. Respectful disagreement is welcome. A commenter’s views are their own; publication does not constitute our endorsement.
Submitting a private reader message does not authorize publication of your individual story or direct quotes. We will request separate permission before using those materials publicly. Reader submissions do not automatically subscribe you to marketing emails.
Reader experiences may inform future articles and practical resources, including products that may be offered for sale. We may describe broad themes without identifying contributors. Voluntary reader submissions are not a representative population study.
Reader form privacy notice
Our reader-experience form is for adults 18 and older. We collect the brief message and participation choices you submit, plus an optional first name or nickname and optional email address. Please omit sensitive records and identifying details about other people.
EmilesGroup LLC uses submissions to review experiences, identify editorial topics, develop resources, and follow up only when you give permission and provide an email address. We do not sell reader submissions or use them to enroll you in marketing.
Squarespace processes and stores form submissions and sends notifications to our business Gmail inbox. Google reCAPTCHA is enabled for spam protection. These providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, cookies, and device or security signals under their own privacy practices. This form is not anonymous or a confidential-document portal; internet transmission and storage cannot be guaranteed secure.
Reader messages are retained while relevant to editorial review, permitted follow-up, and related recordkeeping. Contact emilesgroupllc@gmail.com to request access, correction, or deletion. We may need enough information to locate your submission; messages without identifying details may be impossible to locate reliably. Records required by law may be retained. See our Privacy Policy for additional website information.
Commercial relationships
If an article includes a paid sponsorship or affiliate relationship, that connection will be disclosed within the relevant content. Any paid services or products are subject to their own descriptions, pricing, and applicable terms.
Sharing and reuse
Sharing links to our articles is welcome. Except where permitted by applicable law, including fair use, permission is required to reproduce or republish copyright-protected content from this website. Giving credit does not by itself replace permission.
For permission requests, contact emilesgroupllc@gmail.com. Third-party photographs and other licensed materials remain subject to their respective owners’ rights. This policy does not claim exclusive rights in facts, ideas, or other material that copyright law does not protect.
