Information collected

Updated October 3, 2026. This policy describes information handled through the EmilesGroup LLC website and service inquiries. We receive information you choose to provide, such as your name, email, phone number, service requested, general project details, and appointment location when needed. Squarespace and integrated security services may process technical information such as IP address, browser/device details, page activity, cookies, and security signals.

How information is used

We use inquiry information to respond, determine availability and service eligibility, prepare quotes, coordinate accepted work, keep business records, and address service concerns. We request only information needed for the task. We do not sell inquiry information or use confidential client records for advertising.

Website and communication providers

Squarespace hosts this website and its inquiry form. Submitted inquiries are delivered to our business Gmail inbox. The form uses Google reCAPTCHA for spam prevention. These providers process information under their own applicable terms and privacy notices. Squarespace Scheduling (Acuity) handles optional call bookings and related confirmation or reminder emails. Squarespace Payments is enabled for website checkout. Authorized payment details are processed through the payment provider’s interface. The applicable provider is identified in your invoice or payment link. Do not submit card numbers or bank details through this form.

Email updates

If you choose to subscribe, Squarespace stores your email address and subscription status. We use confirmed subscriptions to send occasional service updates and marketing emails. You can unsubscribe through the link in a marketing email or contact us. Requesting a service does not automatically subscribe you, and subscribing is never required to become a client. Service and booking messages are separate from marketing preferences.

Confidential records

The public inquiry form and ordinary email are not a confidential-document upload portal. Do not send identification images, Social Security numbers, financial account details, medical records, privileged legal files, passwords, or full document packages with an inquiry. Before accepting sensitive work, we must confirm an appropriate transfer method, authorized access, confidentiality obligations, and retention/return arrangements. A website policy alone does not establish HIPAA compliance or attorney-client privilege.

Sharing

Information may be shared with providers needed to host the site, deliver communications, process an authorized payment, or carry out client-approved logistics, using information needed for that purpose. We may also disclose information when legally required or necessary to address fraud or protect lawful rights. We do not publish client documents or precise appointment locations on the website.

Cookies and choices

Squarespace and Google security features may use cookies or similar technologies. Where a cookie-choice control is offered, use it to manage optional cookies. Browser settings can also block or remove cookies, though some features may stop working. Third-party links have separate privacy practices.

Retention and requests

Inquiry, contract, invoice, and service records are retained according to their business purpose and applicable legal obligations. Sensitive project records require a project-specific retention and return/deletion arrangement before acceptance. Notarial journals and other legally required records may need to be retained even after a deletion request. Security and children

No internet transmission or storage system is guaranteed secure. Please contact us before sharing sensitive records and tell us promptly if you believe information was sent to the wrong recipient. This site is intended for adult clients; it is not directed to children under 13. A parent or guardian should contact us for any permitted service involving a minor.
