Defined work. Clear prices. Written approval before extra work. Prices are in U.S. dollars; applicable taxes and any charges outside a listed package are disclosed in your final total before booking.
Personal & Business Document Organization
$285 starter block · three hours
Remote organization of a defined client-supplied digital file set, agreed folder and naming rules, an inventory, and an exception list. Approved extra work: $95/hour in 15-minute increments. Communication, setup, and quality checks count toward the three hours. Physical files, scanning, and on-site work receive a separate quote.
Printing, Scanning & Document Delivery
Printing · $75
One print-ready PDF, up to 100 black-and-white letter/legal printed sides, one organized packet, and up to 30 minutes of preparation. Extra approved sides: $0.35 each. Color, binding, editing, and delivery are not included.
Scanning · $95
Up to 100 loose, single-sided letter/legal pages into one PDF, including up to one hour of preparation, scanning, and quality checks. Additional approved labor: $95/hour; fragile, bound, mixed-size, or heavily fastened records require a custom scope. No certified-copy or archival-quality guarantee.
Local document delivery · $145
One pickup and one delivery, with up to 60 minutes total driving/handling and 30 total road miles from the Franklin-area base and back. Longer routes, additional stops, access fees, parking, and tolls receive an all-in custom quote before booking.
Handling terms
Digital delivery of scan files uses the agreed transfer method. Physical pickup/return is quoted separately. No service of process, legal filing decisions, cash transport, or guaranteed court/government acceptance. Applicable sales tax on printed goods is shown before payment.
Loan & Real Estate Document Support
Administrative support: $250 for up to two hours
For an eligible engagement with an attorney or lender: approved administrative preparation, file organization, and logistics. Extra approved administrative time is $125/hour. Travel, printing, and courier work are included only when specified in the written total quote.
EmilesGroup does not conduct real estate closings or act as a closing agent. Closing-related notarization is accepted only after the responsible Massachusetts attorney or lender confirms that the arrangement meets M.G.L. c. 222, §17(e), including the applicable employment requirement. An assignment from a signing company alone does not establish eligibility. No standalone real estate closing package is offered.
Massachusetts Apostille Facilitation
$225 standard package for one eligible document
Up to 90 minutes of administrative coordination for one Massachusetts-issued document: intake against published agency instructions, preparation of the client-approved submission packet, and status follow-up. The $225 package includes the $6 Massachusetts state fee, standard tracked mailing to the state, and one standard tracked return shipment to a U.S. address. You cover delivery of documents to us. Pickup, hand-delivery, mobile notarization, additional documents, dedicated government-office trips, and overnight, expedited, or international shipping are separately quoted and require your approval. Federal or out-of-state processing, embassy legalization, translations, and replacement vital records are outside the standard service and may require referral.
No payment or original documents are accepted until eligibility, route, and availability are confirmed. We do not issue apostilles, authenticate a document ourselves, give immigration advice, obtain documents for an immigration matter, or guarantee government processing time or foreign acceptance. You may apply directly to the issuing agency.
General Mobile Notary
Franklin-based mobile appointments are available by confirmed request across MetroWest, Greater Worcester, and Southeastern Massachusetts. Travel tiers use expected one-way driving time from the Franklin-area base to your appointment location, not the town name alone.
| Expected one-way travel from Franklin area | Base mobile appointment |
|---|---|
| 0–15 minutes | $100 |
| 16–30 minutes | $125 |
| 31–45 minutes | $150 |
| Over 45 minutes | Custom total quote, normally $175+ |
Extended-distance appointments: The over-45-minute tier is a custom quote, not a flat price for every destination. Send your town, requested time, and appointment details; we confirm the complete travel and service total before you accept. Schedule, route, access needs, and requested extras are reviewed individually. A listed service area does not guarantee availability.
Includes one signer, up to two routine notarial acts, coordination, and up to 30 minutes on site. This is a mobile-service package, not a government-set notarial fee. Any legally restricted or prohibited charge is excluded.
Additional signers: $25 each. Additional acts 3–5: $15 each; acts 6–10: $12 each; 11+ custom. Approved extra time: $25 per 15 minutes. One urgency tier: under 24 hours $50, same-day $75, or under four hours $100. Evening after 6 p.m. $50; weekend $75; major holiday $100; applicable timing charges are included together in the quoted total. Routine facility logistics start at $50; complex access is custom quoted.
Optional appointment add-ons: print-and-bring $20 for 1–20 pages, $30 for 21–50, or $50 for 51–100; scan-back $20; carrier drop-off $20 plus postage; coordinated witness from $50 each, subject to availability. These add-on prices apply to an existing notary appointment. Necessary parking, tolls, access costs, and all known mandatory charges appear in the total quote.
Legally fee-free notarizations
No notarization fee is charged for signatures on absentee-ballot identification envelopes or other voting materials, or on a U.S. military veteran’s application or claim for a pension, allotment, allowance, compensation, insurance, or other veterans’ benefit, under M.G.L. c. 222, §23. Tell us before booking if your request falls in one of these categories. The standard paid package is not automatically applied, and a package or surcharge is not used to collect a prohibited notarial fee. Availability and any permitted separate service must be confirmed first.
Our listed prices are EmilesGroup service prices, not fees set or endorsed by Massachusetts. The written quote distinguishes the notarial service, travel/time, and optional printing, scanning, witnesses, or delivery. Payment never changes the notary’s legal duties.
Booking, Payment & Changes
Availability inquiries are free and do not reserve time. We confirm the service scope, total price, expenses, schedule, and payment terms before you accept. No separate mandatory processing or administration fee is added later. Optional extras require your choice.
Mobile notary deposits: $50 when the total is below $150; 50% when it is $150 or more. Document projects: 50% advance, with the balance due on delivery; hourly minimums are prepaid. Printing, scanning, and delivery orders under $150 are prepaid. Other accepted work follows its written quote. All advances credit toward the total. Any different payment schedule is disclosed before acceptance.
We stop and seek written approval before exceeding the agreed allowance or making a material price change. Turnaround starts after accepted scope, required advance, and usable materials are received. Rush availability is never assumed.
Cancellation, Refunds & Corrections
Cancel or request a change by emailing emilesgroupllc@gmail.com or calling (339) 364-2093. Before work, travel, or approved outside spending begins, your advance is refundable. After work starts, we provide an itemized accounting of completed authorized work and approved nonrecoverable outside costs, and refund the unused balance. There is no automatic forfeiture solely because notice is late or you do not attend.
For a failed mobile visit, only separately disclosed travel/time actually provided and approved nonrecoverable costs may be retained; no fee is charged for a notarial act that was not performed. If we cancel, unperformed work is refunded. With your agreement, a remaining credit may transfer to a new date. Refunds are initiated within 10 business days of reconciliation; payment-provider processing may take longer.
Tell us promptly about an error in our work. We correct our own administrative errors without charging additional labor. Changes to your instructions or source materials are new scope. These policies do not restrict statutory cancellation, refund, warranty, or consumer rights.
