Services Provided

EmilesGroup LLC provides:

  • Mobile notary services within Massachusetts

  • Document preparation and self-help template creation

  • Educational and consultation-based Zoom sessions

We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice, interpretation, or representation.

Payments & Scheduling

All services require full payment up front once confirmed.
Consultation fees ($35) are non-refundable, regardless of service outcome or eligibility.
Missed or canceled appointments within 24 hours are also non-refundable.
Payments are processed through secure, encrypted platforms.

Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, truthful information.

  • Use all materials for lawful purposes only.

  • File and submit your own documents to the correct court or agency.

  • Review all documents carefully before use.

Failure to cooperate, provide documentation, or attend scheduled consultations may result in service cancellation without refund.

Prohibited Conduct

Users may not:

  • Misuse the website or interfere with its functionality.

  • Copy, modify, or distribute any proprietary materials.

  • Attempt to access data or client files not intended for them.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time.
Your continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
