Legal matters and service limits

Dedicated attorney document-support projects are not currently offered for public booking. Our available administrative services do not establish legal sufficiency, determine privilege, or make filing decisions. Contacting EmilesGroup does not create an attorney-client relationship. Bring legal questions, required-document decisions, and legal deadlines to your own attorney. Confidentiality alone does not create attorney-client privilege.

Notarial duties

Notarization concerns the required notarial act; it is not approval of a document’s contents, enforceability, legality, or suitability. Signers must satisfy applicable identity, presence, willingness, and other legal requirements. We may decline or stop a prohibited act. Paying a mobile-service fee does not guarantee notarization. Clients obtain document and witness instructions from the preparer, receiving party, or attorney.

Massachusetts real estate restrictions

We do not conduct real estate closings or act as a real estate closing agent. Any closing-related notarization must satisfy M.G.L. c. 222, §17(e), including the applicable employment arrangement with a Massachusetts attorney or lender. Attorney availability or a signing-company order alone is not treated as permission to conduct a closing.

Apostilles and delivery

Only the competent government authority issues an apostille or authentication. Our eligible service is administrative coordination, subject to prior written acceptance. We do not guarantee issuance, recipient acceptance, processing time, or a legal outcome. We do not provide immigration assistance or obtain supporting documents for immigration matters. Document delivery is logistical; it does not include service of process or independent filing decisions.
