Consultations

All consultation fees ($35) are non-refundable, even if your service cannot be completed or approved after review.

Services

Once document preparation or notary work has begun, payments are non-refundable.
If you fail to provide necessary information or identification, the session may be marked incomplete and non-refundable.

Rescheduling

Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Late reschedules may require a new booking fee.

Digital Products

All digital downloads, templates, and educational materials are final sale and non-refundable due to instant access delivery.

Technical Issues & Delays

While we strive to meet delivery timelines, delays due to technical errors, system outages, or client response time are not grounds for refund.

Exceptions

Refunds will only be issued for duplicate transactions or system billing errors.
Requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
